GWK Kuhlmann’s valve insulation and insulation systems have been leading the way for over 30 years and are renowned throughout Europe. As an innovative family business, we manufacture high-quality, EnEV/GEG-compliant insulation systems for heating fittings, heat exchangers and for station and system construction. We are not reliant on a specific insulation material, but process various materials in our factory in 33154 Salzkotten near Paderborn. Direct structures in the family business keep decision-making paths short and enable innovative strength and flexibility. We currently employ around 95 people

More than just a manufacturer

We are more than just a manufacturer: we are constantly researching and developing. In our specially developed measuring laboratory, we are able to measure heat losses from uninsulated and insulated fittings and identify potential savings accordingly. We can also test cold insulation for diffusion tightness.

Cutting machine operator (m/f/d)

Your tasks: - Conversion and set-up of 3 and 5-axis milling machines - Programming with Heidenhain on the milling machines - Support in setting up the 5-axis trim milling machines - Machining of aluminum forming tools - Setting up and calibrating milling tools - Collaboration with our CAM programmers to plan and develop milling strategies

Warehouse employee (m/f/d)

Your tasks: - Incoming goods inspection based on work instructions, delivery bills and shipping documents - Carrying out storage, retrieval and transfer operations within the warehouse - Picking orders for goods - Handover of goods to freight forwarders and parcel services - Inventory management in the ERP system - Organization and implementation of regular inventory control and maintenance as well as participation in the annual inventory

Tool mechanic (m/f/d)

Your tasks: - Manufacture, optimization and repair of tools for production - Conversion and set-up of 3 and 5-axis milling machines - Operation and programming of CNC machines in the area of milling for the production of molded parts - Support in the optimization of production processes
