The right insulation for your application
Custom-made molded parts made of EPP
Molded parts made of EPP are very suitable as thermal insulation. Combinations in which the insulation can also be used as shipping packaging are also possible. EPP is particularly suitable for the insulation of:
- Fittings and valves
- Plate heat exchanger
- Boiler safety groups
- Pump groups
- Compact fresh water stations
The material can be used up to an operating temperature of +110°C. EPP is unsuitable as cold insulation as it is very difficult to bond. The material itself is virtually diffusion-proof. EPP is absolutely 100% pollutant-free and recyclable. EPP blockware is very suitable for creating milling patterns. However, it should be noted that some features such as clamping by resilience or the machine-smooth surface cannot be realized.

Molded parts made of rigid polyurethane foam
Since our foundation in 1987, we have been a reliable and competent partner for the processing of rigid polyurethane foams using the reaction foaming process. Molded parts made of polyurethane (PUR for short) have proven themselves in a wide variety of industries. Polyurethane foam has outstanding insulating properties and is therefore often used as high-quality thermal insulation. However, you can also use PU for the cold, e.g. for the direct foaming of plate heat exchangers. We have already foamed tanks with a capacity of 600 liters. Rigid polyurethane foam is also suitable as a basis for milling patterns and prototypes. We process:
- Rigid polyurethane foam up to +130°C
- Polyisocyanurate rigid foam up to +150°C
- Semi-rigid integral foam, black (with skin formation)
- Rigid polyurethane foam, black

We have set up our own production line for cold insulation. Here we process so-called XPE foams (extruded polyethylene) using a pressing process. Polyethylene is ideal for the cold, as the material has a good water vapor diffusion resistance coefficient. Our cold insulation for fittings is patented and based on years of development. It is the only cold insulation that does not need to be glued and is therefore removable and reusable.

We draw the polystyrene trays for our merchandise in our thermoforming department. Here we can produce half shells, hoods and cladding and process a wide variety of plastics. Deep-drawn hoods in combination with an inner core are an interesting option for station insulation.
- Deep drawing of PE molded parts for sound insulation and condensation prevention
- Trimming on our 5-axis milling machine
- Prototyping and small series
- Skinning of EPE and EPP particle foams
