You tell us which fitting you have: we supply the perfect insulation – at no extra charge. From DN10 to DN150, we offer a wide range and have every common fitting in our program.
ES boxes are used for thermal insulation up to a temperature of +130°C and comply with the current GEG and EnEV. With a thermal conductivity of 0.025 W/mK at 40°C, the polyurethane material has remarkable insulating properties. The polystyrene shell makes the insulation stable and resistant to scratches and knocks. Depending on the nominal width, the boxes are closed with steel clamping rings or straps.
ES boxes in sizes DN15 to DN80 are designed for nominal pressure stages PN6 to PN40. The nominal sizes DN100 to DN150 cover the nominal pressure stages PN6 to PN16.
ES boxes have been tested as molded parts by the Materials Testing Office and have their own material test certificate.
Almost 20 different shapes form the basis of the ES box system. Combined with countless drilling variants, models and nominal widths from DN10 to DN150, this results in over 10,000 precisely fitting insulations for all common fittings on the market. Here you can get an overview of the basic forms.
