Tubular heat exchanger from Universal Hydraulik GmbH<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The insulation was manufactured to precisely fit the tubular heat exchanger from Universal Hydraulik GmbH. Due to the high temperatures, the decision was made to use insulation from our AL system. The half-shells are made of a high-quality polyisocyanurate rigid foam and are covered with a coarse-grain aluminum foil. Finally, assembly is carried out using galvanized steel tensioning straps and fasteners.<\/p>\n

Universal Hydraulik can therefore supply its customers with a fully insulated component. However, the insulation can be removed and refitted at any time without damage thanks to the tension locks. If the installation situation requires maintenance or repair, the insulation can be easily removed at any time and replaced later.<\/p>\n
