Insulation for plate heat exchangers

The PWT box is an extension of the well-known ES boxes. With them we make precision fit insulating elements for plate heat exchangers available to you. Like the well-known GWK Kuhlmann products, the PWT box also has outstanding insulating characteristics thanks to the use of polyurethane rigid foam. The PWT box was tested relative to the German EnEV specifications. Insulation thickness: 24 - 40 mm.

Product variants

In addition to the standard version consisting of a grey plastic outer shell (RAL 7040) and the PUR rigid foam inner core, the PWT box can also be manufactured in other exterior colors. Moreover in the area of cold ionizing it is possible to directly foam-in the plate heat exchanger. We would be pleased to work out an appropriate concept for you.
