ES boxes - the insulation system for fittings

The ES boxes consist of a central core of rigid foam polyurethane (PUR) and a shock-resistant polystyrene casing (PS). They are characterised by the accuracy of their custom fit, their outstanding insulation properties, their simple application, their reusability and their environmental friendliness. Our service includes supplying custom-made ES boxes for almost any fitting on the market ... at no extra cost. The ES box is suitable for insulating both flange and sleeve fittings.

PWT boxes - the insulation for plate heat exchangers

The PWT box is custom made for every plate heat exchanger. It consists of a PUR rigid foam inner core and a shock-resistant polystyrene coating. The casings provide a leak-proof seal and can be attached simply, using the hook and loop fasteners supplied. The custom fit means that insulation of the plate heat exchanger is achieved in seconds. The PWT box is easy to remove and can be re-used, which makes it possible to access the exchanger easily for maintenance or repair.

EPP - molded items made of expanded polypropylene

For OEM customers we develop and produce EPP components individually and therefore supply custom-fit, individual insulations and /or accessories for your products. The application field is wide spreaded. Moreover, EPP allows you to combine shipping package and insulation in one item. Due to a newly constructed EPP machine on our own, we are able to offer low tool costs and and small batch sizes. Get in touch with us!

Thermoforming - thermoplastic deep-draw vacuum forming

You can rely on us as your contact for thermoplastic forming using the vacuum process. The advantage of this technology lies in the low cost of manufacture, even for small series and large-scale parts. The tools required for this are made using our in-house tool and mould design and construction. This gives us the flexibility to be able to react at short notice to the special needs of our customers.

XPE - molded items made of extruded polyethylene

This material is a favourite for use in the fields of cold water/industrial water, since it can be made almost completely diffusion resistant. XPE can also be used as sound insulation. We develop and produce customised XPE insulation and therefore offer custom-fit, individual insulation for your products. It is very easy to use. AL system - the insulation system for hot or cold

The AL system is our modular system for the insulation of fittings and complete stations. You can order both piping and bends. Further processing is easy. The AL system is supplied with two different PU foams, both of which have excellent insulating properties and a coarse grain aluminum casing. It can be re-used and is easy to fit using our fastener straps. With PIR foam, the AL system can be used in temperatures up to +170°C.

DH boxes - the insulation system for district heating applications

Our DH box system is a special programme developed for the district heating market, by means of which you can insulate flange and sleeve fittings, pipe and pipe bends, and even entire district heating transmission stations. The DH box consists of two PUR mouldings and is very good value for money, easy to use and install, re-usable and therefore an outstanding alternative to all traditional forms of insulation.
