Special design

If your fitting differs from the standard version due to optional accessories as drainings or connections, the ES box can easily be adapted on-site. If type and version of the fitting are indicated at order time, we will execute those adaptions for you and therefore deliver precision-fit insulation boxes for your fitting - without any extra costs.

ES box system

The insulation system for fittings

Insulation is worth its value

The dramatic climate change and the increasing rate of depletion of our valuable energy reserves compel us to deal with our environment in a more conscientious manner and to use fossil fuels even more efficiently.

These were the major reasons that the Federal Government adopted the Energy Conservation Ordinance (EnEV) in 2001, which stipulates that pipelines and fittings in buildings must be insulated against heat loss.

Since 1987 the ES box system has proven itself to be the state-of-the-art insulation for valves and fittings. The system is based upon the idea to provide pre-fabricated and precise-fit insulation boxes for virtually every fitting on the market. Thus a precise calculation of the installation effort is ensured.

The ES box has oustanding insulation characteristics thanks to the use of polyurethane rigid foam. It is  very easy to install and reusable, and therefore easy access to the fitting for maintenance and repair is guaranteed. Other than is the case for mineral fibre, polyurethane rigid foam does not absorb moisture.
